A front desk that answers at 2am

tyne and mag answer client questions from your own data, quote live open times, and book the meeting right in the chat. When unsure, a human gets it with full context.

tyne quoted Tuesday 10:00, live from the calendar
Booked, confirmed, logged

2:14 in the morning. A client asks the booking page whether Tuesday has anything open.

tyne reads the calendar at that moment, offers 10:00 and 15:30, and books the one they pick. The confirmation goes out; the inbox has the whole thread by breakfast.

When a question is about a refund, she stops and hands it to a person, with the context attached.

What does the AI actually know about my business?

tyne and mag are the same assistant with two voices: tyne is warm and concise, mag is bright and friendly. Either way it answers using only your workspace: your services, availability, policies, and pages. The receptionist can quote live availability to your clients, real open times read from your calendar at the moment they ask, and when a client picks one it books it right in the chat through the same safeguards as your booking page. You control what it can say, and your data is not used to train public AI models.

Can clients reschedule or cancel themselves?

Yes, from the manage link in their confirmation email, within the cancellation and reschedule policy you set per service.

Is there an AI notetaker?

Yes. Tap record during a native magtyne meeting and it captures a live transcript (live transcription needs Chrome or Edge). After the meeting you get a written recap (we call it an echo): a summary with action items, generated with your AI key or the included AI allowance. It is on by default per cadence type and can be turned off.
