• Account information, your name, email address, workspace name, and a hashed password.
• Scheduling data, event types, availability, bookings, invitee names and emails, and any details invitees submit when booking.
• Usage data, basic technical information such as device, browser, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To provide the Service: create your workspace, render booking pages, and record bookings.
• To send transactional messages such as booking confirmations and reminders.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and database providers), and when required by law. Booking details are shared with the host and invitee involved in a booking.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Passwords are stored only as salted bcrypt hashes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
