Interviews that fit the whole panel

Collective bookings only show a slot when every interviewer is free. The intake form collects the CV before the call, and every send is timed to the interview itself.

four systems, one line

The parts of the product this work leans on, in the order a booking meets them.

  1. teams

Collective bookings hold everyone's time on one slot.

  2. routing & intake

The interview template comes with its intake form already built.

  3. scheduling

Single-use links for one-off invitations that expire after booking.

  4. workflows

A reminder with the join link, one hour before.

three moments you stop doing by hand

Real screens, built from the product’s own tokens, doing the things this work used to do over email.

  • one slot, three hosts
  • intake, done before
  • booked in the chat

one booking, start to finish

What actually happens, in order, once the link is out. Nothing here needs a person until the meeting itself.

  1. Send one link

Single-use, so it cannot be forwarded and reused.

  2. The candidate uploads the CV

It travels with the booking to every panelist.

  3. Only shared free time shows

Only times free on every interviewer's calendar are shown.

  4. The panel meets on the native room

Or Meet, Zoom, or Teams. Notes optional.

What meeting types are supported?

One-on-one, group, collective, and round-robin events, plus meeting polls to find a time across several people. Locations can be Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex, phone, in person (with travel-time estimates), or a free native magtyne room.

Are meeting links generated automatically?

You choose. Turn on automatic link generation per cadence type, or leave it off and generate the link with one click when you are ready. Either way it lands on the confirmation and the calendar invite.

Is there an AI notetaker?

Yes. Tap record during a native magtyne meeting and it captures a live transcript (live transcription needs Chrome or Edge). After the meeting you get a written recap (we call it an echo): a summary with action items, generated with your AI key or the included AI allowance. It is on by default per cadence type and can be turned off.
