  1. bookings

A calmer booking calendar, and cadence on your home screen

    • Your booking calendar is now as tall as the month. Times sit two across right beside it and scroll in place, the date fits on one line, and the time zone sits just under the calendar.
    • Put cadence on your phone's home screen: Overview shows the steps for the phone in your hand, and Install the app is in the menu. It opens full screen, like any app.
    • The installed app's top bar matches your theme in light and dark, and a long press on its icon jumps straight to Today, Meetings, Inbox or your booking link.
    • Fixed: anyone who had changed their password was signed out a few minutes after signing in.
  2. workspace

    Polished from end to end

    • We used every page of the app like a client would, on desktop and phone, in light and dark, and fixed what we found: more than sixty improvements in one release.
    • Offer more than one length: clients now pick 30 or 60 minutes (or any lengths you set) right on your booking page.
    • Meeting polls now finish the job: pick the winning time and it books the meeting for everyone who chose it.
    • Booking pages speak your client's language all the way through, dates and confirmation included.
    • Smoother on phones: every page scrolls fully clear of the tab bar, and forms always open on top.
    • Your hours, holidays and time zone stay exactly as you set them, and times show in your own time zone everywhere.
    • Analytics charts that scale, discount codes you can edit, routing questions you can make optional, and a world clock that finds any country.
  3. workspace

A guide on every page, so no one gets lost

    • Every page now explains itself. Press the guide button (or the ? key) for what the page is for, step-by-step answers to "how do I…", and plain words for the terms on it.
    • Show me: pick a task and the app lights up the real buttons one at a time, from your first cadence type to sharing your link, connecting your calendar, and inviting your team.
    • A fresh tour of the whole app, made for your phone as well as your desktop, and a short welcome the first time you open each page.
    • Ask the search bar a question like "how do i share my link" and get the steps. Your assistant answers the same questions and knows which page you are on.
  4. bookings

See your booking page exactly as clients will

    • Every preview is now your real booking page, in your branding, with your real calendar and times. Switch between desktop and phone, light and dark, and the times and details steps.
    • Flip through templates full size before you use one, and watch the preview update as you edit your page.
    • Cadence type templates now come with a live preview too, so you can see the page before you create it.
  5. workspace

    Meet the all-new dashboard

    • A brand-new look for the place you run your day: lighter, calmer, and built to feel effortless every time you open it.
    • Navigation and search now float on frosted glass, and your work glides smoothly beneath them.
    • Your day reads at a glance: cleaner cards, bolder numbers, and lists that breathe, so what needs you stands out first.
    • Light mode is bright and airy. Dark mode is a deep, warm night that is easy on the eyes, morning or midnight.
    • It wears your brand. On plans with custom branding, every glow and highlight takes on your own colours.
    • Made for your phone too: a floating tab bar at your thumb, compact stats so your meetings come first, and an assistant button that stays out of the way.
    • Nothing to relearn. Every page, button, and setting is right where you left it.
  6. assistant

    Smoother voice calls on iPhone

    • The details card before a call no longer zooms the page when you tap into it on iPhone.
    • Call controls are bigger on phones, so starting, muting, and ending a call is an easy tap.
  7. assistant

    Meet your new AI receptionist

    • A front desk that never misses a client. It answers on your website, on WhatsApp, in the client portal, and by voice, in your name, around the clock.
    • It knows your business. Teach it once: the questions clients ask, your policies, parking, prices, and the pages to share. Chat and voice learn the same things the moment you save.
    • It books, moves, and cancels appointments. Callers can change their own booking by voice; the receptionist checks who they are first, then does exactly what they asked.
    • It turns callers into leads. Your own qualifying questions, asked one at a time, with the answers kept on the contact and every lead tagged hot, warm, or cold.
    • It has its own page in the app. Set it up in seven steps, see what every call and chat came to, test it in the playground before your clients meet it, and choose who greets them and how.
    • It stays on your websites only, texts a short follow-up after a call if you want, and keeps transcripts exactly as long as you choose.
    • Ready for the phone line: hand callers who ask for a person to your number, say a disclosure first, and connect a number the moment lines open.
  8. assistant

The AI receptionist answers the phone too

    • tyne now talks: a call button in the website chat opens a voice call, and the receptionist answers questions, qualifies the caller, checks your live availability, and books the appointment.
    • Every call lands in the inbox as a transcript with a one-line summary, and the lead it captured goes on the contact.
    • Calls are metered in seconds against your plan's minutes; tyne & mag settings show the month's usage, the call log, and the overage switch.
    • New plans: Free, Pro, Growth, AI Front Desk, Business, Agency, and Enterprise. Voice comes with the AI Front Desk plan and above.
    • The chat receptionist now answers on WhatsApp too, from the Growth plan: a client who replies to a confirmation gets real open times and a booking, not a holding message.
    • Try it yourself: the receptionist on our own site can book a demo with the team.
  9. workspace

    Celebrations in the dashboard

    • Members can add a date of birth to their account; the workspace celebrates them on the day.
    • Holidays observed around the world get a card too: Christmas, Eid, Diwali, Lunar New Year, Thanksgiving, and twenty more.
    • Every card can be dismissed for the day, or replayed.
  10. bookings

    Manual approval, and approve-then-pay

    • A service can require approval: the request holds the slot until a host says yes.
    • A priced service can require approval too; the client pays once it is approved, and the price is frozen at request time.
    • Declining a request, or cancelling an unpaid booking, returns any coupon or credit it used.
  11. bookings

    Outcomes and service states

    • Meetings can be marked complete with an outcome you define per service.
    • Workflows can fire on an outcome, and a booking.completed webhook joins the rest.
    • Services can auto-complete after they end, so the history fills itself.
  12. team

Skills, certifications, and who can book

    • People have skills; a service can require them, and only qualified hosts are offered.
    • Certifications can expire; when one does, that person is no longer offered for the service.
    • Every person's hours join the availability intersection for collective bookings.
    • The builder explains why a candidate host was or was not offered, and lets an admin override with the constraints in view.
  13. workspace

    Fixes from the beta testers

    • Companies can be created from the contacts table.
    • Echoes (meeting recaps) no longer fire without a transcript.
    • The assistant shows what it is doing while it works.
  14. bookings

    Booking links that explain themselves

    • A dead booking link says so, instead of showing a client a blank page.
    • A meeting link is not a booking page, and the plan limits finally agree.
    • The cadence type editor can no longer be scroll-trapped.
  15. assistant

tyne books clients right in the chat

    • The receptionist quotes real open times, read from the calendar at the moment the client asks.
    • When the client picks one, it books it in the chat through the same safeguards as the booking page.
    • mag joins tyne: two voices of one assistant, cast separately for your app and your front desk.
    • tyne answers questions about your own numbers: meetings, revenue, quiet clients.
  16. payments

Venmo at checkout, and cadence import

    • US clients can pay with Venmo through the tenant's own PayPal account.
    • Import your services from another scheduling tool in minutes, as drafts you review first.
    • Meeting recaps are now called echoes.
  17. bookings

Waitlists that refill, and a notetaker that gets out of the way

    • A freed slot goes looking for its waitlist and offers itself to the next person.
    • The AI assistant has a monthly budget per workspace.
    • The notetaker minimizes to a pill while recording continues.
    • The contacts table gains segments, last and next meeting, and CSV import and export.
