These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of magtyne cadence (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You are responsible for the content you create and the bookings you take.

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you.

Plans and billing

Some features are offered on a free plan and others may require a paid plan. Pricing and plan details, where applicable, are presented before you purchase. Where billing is not yet enabled, paid features may be described but not charged.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example, video conferencing or calendar providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can request deletion of your account and data.

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
