Accessibility
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Everyone should be able to book a time, run their calendar and reach a business through magtyne cadence, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our website, booking pages and app, in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we do
- Pages and booking steps are built to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring.
- Pages are built with proper headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can follow them.
- Text and buttons are checked for colour contrast in light and dark mode.
- Pages respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- Form errors say what went wrong and how to fix it, next to the field they belong to.
- The AI receptionist says it is an AI at the start of every call.
Booking pages run by businesses
Businesses choose their own colours, images and questions for their booking pages, so what a business adds is theirs. If a business’s page gets in your way, tell us and we will help you book and let the business know.
Tell us when something gets in your way
If any part of magtyne cadence is hard to use, write to support@magtyne.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. A real person reads every message, and we will help you get it done another way while we fix the problem.
Ongoing work
We review the site for accessibility as we build it. Accessibility is never finished, and we fix what people report first.
